SWIMRUN CHEERS TEST

SWIMRUN CHEERS is the inventor of the SWIMRUN TESTS. The first was organized in 2016 and we have never stopped since. What are they for? To try those who have never tried (BASIC TEST) and those who want to train (TEST ADVANCE / PRO) always with a smile, without stress and respecting their level of preparation. Different distances, always different routes, a half day to spend together to end around a table with a nice beer!

At our tests you will find a fantastic, welcoming environment, people of all kinds and backgrounds united by a passion for swimrun, having fun overcoming your limits always with a smile!

TEST BASE 9.5 Km MORE OR LESS
BASE - 9.5 Km MORE OR LESS
Swimrun is passion. Those who have tried it know what we are talking about. But those who have not yet tried and are "afraid" but are curious to try, to compare themselves, to hear the stories of those who have already made this discipline their own, how can they break the ice? The answer is SWIMRUN CHEERS TEST BASE dedicated to those who want to try this discipline in total tranquility, safety, whatever the level of preparation. Between a fraction and the other we expect and then everyone in the group starts again. You will never feel alone. The BASIC tests are the "gateway" to the swimrun; we all went there! :) The group will be led by Diego Novella and closed by a friendly "broom".

Half day between tour and "third time" based on beer sitting around a table to exchange their emotions.
Distance
Maximum total distance 9.5km total. 3 running fractions - each between 2 and 3 km - 4 swimming - from 300m to 700m - of course they are not fixed, in perfect swimrun style!

TEST ADVANCE 15 Km MORE OR LESS
ADVANCE - 15 Km MORE OR LESS
Dedicated to those who practice those who have already "broken" the ice with the swimrun and want to train in company. The Swimrunner ADVANCE is thinking of participating in its first race or has already done so with a specific goal: to finish them, with peace of mind without stress, as a time trial! From experience, we also recommend to those who have a good preparation but have never tried swimrun to do 1 basic test. The organization reserves the right to confront the athlete

TEST PRO 20 Km MORE OR LESS
PRO - 20 Km MORE OR LESS
The Swimrunner PRO already has several active races, important distances and goes like a running train and in the water. He already has several race registrations in his calendar next year and he needs to train, getting "pulled the neck" and pulling it to those of his test mates!
