The proposed classed for this festival will cover the basic aspects of the Ashtanga practice which include a first approach to the sequence in a gradual but lively way. After a brief introduction to the method (10 min) the class will articulate in three moments: breath awareness (10/15min); dynamic practice of several poses that follow the traditional order which is precise and propaedeutic (50 min); relaxation (10/15 min). The class will last one hour and a half overall.
