Swimrun is passion. Those that have already tried it know what we are talking about. But there are some who are hesitant yet curious and would like to hear wonderful stories about how swimrun can become a true passion. How can those people, who are inclined to test their limits, break the ice? The answer is SWIMRUN CHEERS TEST BASE dedicated to those who want to try this discipline without getting too stressed about it. We operate in a very safe environment and we welcome any level of preparation. No one will be left behind! The group is expected to stop at the end of every fraction and wait for the last participant to arrive before starting the new one. You will never feel alone. The BASIC tests are the "gateway" to swimrun; we all went through it! :) The group will be led by Diego Novella and closed by a friendly helper.
Half a day, between the course and our post-course gathering with a beer.
9.5km total max. 3 running fractions (each between 2 and 3 km) + 4 swimming fractions (from 300m to 700m). You may want to know that course lengths vary all the time, because swimrun doesn't have standardized courses and so distances are variable.
